G3 full-automatic wheel hub assembly line
consists of three subassembly line: flange, outer ring, and little inner ring
and a wheel hub assembly and detection line. Compared with semi-automatic
assembly, the production of the line is increased by 30%.
Features of assembly line：
1）The line saves labor cost without any operator and avoid uncontrollable risk caused manually during assembly. Cycle: ≤20S/piece
2）Flange assembly line: flange channel detection, bolt compressing and other works. It achieves automatic bolt loading, material distribution and compressing and detect the bolt distance and length for bolt at the same time. Through pressure-displacement curve, the equipment monitors the whole compressing process.
3）Outer ring assembly line: outer ring channel detection, retainer assembly, outer ring greasing and sealing component compressing and detects sealing component vibration and number of steel ball.
4）Little inner ring assembly line detects, sorts inner ring channel and inner diameter of inner ring
5）Main assembly line mainly consists of fitting and retainer assembly, components measurement and greasing, inner ring compressing, rivet and flaw detection, quality analysis, clearance detection, sealing component compressing and vibration detection, gear ring an and sensor compressing, flange vibration and sensor detection and marking.
