Constant Velocity Drive-Shaft Assembly LineView:
- Constant velocity drive-shaft assembly line adopts semi-automatic method, which deliveries working piece manually and unloading the material automatically. The equipment finishes assembly and detects (monitor) the quality automatically, and then gives indication of 0K/NG.
1）Compositions of
the assembly line：
It consists of 8 online equipment: damping block and dust cover installation equipment, movable and fixed compressing equipment, greasing and clamping equipment, weighing, testing and barcode printing, oiling and packaging and a set of fixed assembly detection equipment out of the line
2）Features of assembly line：
A、Fixed assembly detection could fulfill the requirement of detecting steel ball assembly, gear ring compressing, greasing (alternative) and thread.
B、Movable compressing equipment: electric servo compressing spider and automatic assembly clamp ring. The equipment could detect the number of clamp ring and has the function to check whether the clamp is in the right place.
C、Fixed compressing equipment: electric servo compressing CVJ and automatic spline comparison. After compressing, the equipment could implement reverse broaching work for checking the clamp ring is in the card slot.
