G1 full-automatic wheel hub assembly line could
produce 900,000 wheel hubs every year, which could achieve measurement, selection,
fitting, pressing and laser marking function, and quality analysis, clearance
detection, torque detection and ABS magnetic encoder detection will be carried
out during assembly.
Features of assembly line：
1）The assembly line is equipped with PLC+HMI automatic control. As a result, the line acquires a flexible and reliable control and good HMI function
2）Saving labor cost and just one assisting operator needed in the line without other operator
3）Advanced selection technique with a stable and accurate result
4）Greasing process is carried out with imported quantitative greasing system with an accurate measurement and convenient adjustment
5）Through pressure-movement curve, the pressing process will be monitored efficiently
6）Torque detection station could detect torque of sealing component in the side axle and could finish greasing balance process
7）Online magnetic encoder detection will be implemented during assembly, and the assembly line could detect magnetic polar couple number, single magnetic polar deviation, total magnetic polar deviation, magnetic bundle density and other parameters for magnetic encoder
